Not that I am the expert butt I found the best thing that helped ME was not getting all worked up, and let somethings go...like expectations of an extremly clean house, or getting laundry done and kept done. Go with the flow, sleep whenever you can and when people offer to help....LET THEM! Good luck.
My advise would be to invest in a TiVo!! Seriously though, I spent a lot of time just holding and feeding babies those first few months and it was nice to have the TV for company since I had left all my friends in Omaha. :) Remember that crying never hurt a baby and just take a lot of deep breaths and dive into it.
